Our premium package. We handle the full "Masterpiece" decor and setup—you simply arrive and enjoy your celebration.

What is the venue capacity?

Our facility offers 3,200 square feet of open space, adaptable for 150 people seated and 200 standing.

Is there parking available?

Yes, we are located in a convenient shopping center with ample free parking for all your guests at 4010B Victory Blvd.

Do you need an ABC License to serve alcohol?

Yes, you must obtain a one day banquet license from the Virginia ABC.

Is there a kitchen?

Yes, we have a kitchenette which contains a refrigerator, sink, and countertops; no stove.

Is outside catering allowed?

Yes, outside catering is allowed at no additional charge. We also have a recommended caterer that can accommodate your party.

Does the venue include decor?

We feature custom drapes throughout the building. Additional decor is included in our Walk-In/Walk-Out package.
